The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, overseeing daily operations, and content writing to support the company's growth.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive
with 2-3 years of experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, assisting with employee onboarding, conducting interviews, and supporting the day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
·    Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
·   Post job openings on various job boards, social media, and other platforms.
·   Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
·   Assist with the development of job descriptions and job specifications.
·   Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
·   Conduct orientation sessions and provide support to new employees during their initial days.
·   Ensure smooth transition for new employees by preparing their workstation, IT access, and necessary resources.
·   Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
·   Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
·   Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management and PPT preparation.
·   Support the Manager in any additional projects and initiatives as needed.
·   Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
·   Proficient in MS Office -Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
·   Ability to work effectively independently.
·   Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide support in resolving conflicts.
·   Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
·   Organize performance reviews and facilitate feedback sessions.

Education & Qualification:
MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in HR, particularly in recruitment, onboarding.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong writing skills with an ability to create compelling content and PPT.
Working hours:  10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Workdays:  Monday to Friday
CTC: 3-3.50 LPA
