They are backed by leading investors from the US and India.Job Description:We are looking for a Principal Scientist with over 7 years of experience in NLP, Information Retrieval, and Machine Learning. You should have deep knowledge of Transformers and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications. In this role, you will lead important projects that will transform how our users find and access information, making it easier for them to build and execute their workflows faster and more accurately than ever before.Key Responsibilities:● Lead research projects in NLP, creating advanced models and algorithms.● Develop new Information Retrieval systems to make data more accessible.● Use your expertise in Transformers and RAG to solve complex problems.● Work with other teams to integrate machine learning models into our platforms.● Mentor junior scientists and engineers, promoting innovation and excellence.● Publish research findings and present at industry conferences.● Stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning.Qualifications:● Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Machinen Learning, or related field.● Over 7 years of experience in NLP, Information Retrieval, and Machine Learning.● Strong expertise in Transformers (like BERT, GPT) and RAG applications.● Proficient in Python and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.● Proven ability to lead complex research projects from start to finish.● A good track record of publications in respected conferences or journals is a plus.● Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking.● Strong communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.What We Offer:● Competitive salary and benefits.● Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology with a passionate team.● A collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity.● Support for professional growth and attending industry events.
