As a Client Servicing Executive at our advertising agency, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring the seamless execution of advertising campaigns. Your primary task will be to bridge the gap between the agency and clients, comprehending their needs and translating them into actionable plans for our creative and production teams.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

- Regularly communicate with clients to grasp their business objectives, marketing goals, and campaign needs.


2. Campaign Strategy and Planning:

- Collaborate with clients to craft effective advertising strategies.

- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, production) to plan and implement campaigns that align with client goals.


3. Project Coordination:

- Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.

- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.


4. Client Briefing and Feedback:

- Interpret client briefs and relay them clearly to the creative and production teams.

- Collect client feedback and make necessary campaign adjustments to meet their expectations.


5. Budget Management:

- Assist clients in establishing campaign budgets and ensure projects adhere to financial guidelines.

- Provide clients with regular budget updates and strategic recommendations.


6. Market Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to offer strategic insights to clients.

- Utilize market research to enhance the development of effective advertising strategies.


7. Problem Solving:

- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and efficiently.

- Proactively identify potential challenges and mitigate them to ensure campaign success.


8. Reporting and Analysis:

- Provide clients with regular performance reports of advertising campaigns.

- Analyze campaign results and offer data-driven recommendations for optimization.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising agency.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of advertising principles, market trends and consumer behavior.
