This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building robust, scalable, and secure backend services and integrations across a complex enterprise environment. You will collaborate closely with solution architects and functional teams to deliver Azure-native integrations and APIs.This is a hands-on engineering role where you will work closely with solution architects and functional teams to develop and deliver Azure-native integrations and APIs across a complex enterprise environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop backend services and integration components using cloud serverless technologiesBuild and consume RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise system communicationTranslate technical and business requirements into efficient deliverablesWrite clean, maintainable, and testable code with performance and resilience in mindParticipate in design and code reviews to ensure best practices and architectural alignmentTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and test environmentsUtilize existing CI/CD pipelines for deployment and integration testingWork within Agile frameworks using tools like Azure Dev Ops (ADO), Jira, and ConfluenceIntegration EngineeringExperience designing and implementing REST API integrationsSkilled in file-based integrations (JSON, XML, CSV via SFTP or cloud storage)Capable of delivering real-time , near real-time , and scheduled/non-real-time integrationsFamiliarity with enterprise integration patterns and interoperabilityIntegration EngineeringExperience in designing and implementing REST API integrationsProficient in file-based integrations (e.g., JSON, XML, CSV via SFTP, cloud storage)Capable of delivering real-time, near real-time, and scheduled/non-real-time integrationsFamiliar with enterprise integration and interoperability patternsQueues, Events & Batch ProcessingExperience with message queues and event-based systemsDevelopment and optimization of batch processing pipelinesUnderstanding of distributed system behaviors and design considerationsTesting & DocumentationStrong unit testing and continuous quality validation practicesFamiliarity with testing frameworks and automation integrationAble to write clear, maintainable technical documentation for code and APIsCI/CD Awareness & Agile PracticesExperienced in working within predefined CI/CD pipelines (not responsible for creating or maintaining them)Comfortable using tools such as Git, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, and ConfluenceActive contributor in Agile teams and collaborative development workflowsWho You Are9 years of relevant backend engineering experienceHighly skilled in backend development and cloud-native designIntegration-focused mindset with a strong grasp of real-world system interconnectivityTeam-oriented, adaptable, and quality-drivenStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailCollaborative and able to work in a cross-functional teamGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment
