We are looking for a Junior Zoho Developer to join our team and continue the implementation and optimization of our Zoho ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of ongoing CRM and workflow projects. Responsibilities Continue and support current Zoho CRM implementation. Develop and maintain workflows, functions, automations, and blueprints. Assist in creating and improving Zoho modules, dashboards, and integrations. Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to internal users. Collaborate with the operations team to understand process needs and translate them into Zoho solutions. Document ongoing changes and improvements. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 1–2 years of experience working with Zoho (CRM, Creator, Flow, Books, or related apps). Basic knowledge of Deluge scripting or willingness to learn quickly. Understanding of workflows, automations, and CRM configuration. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow existing project structures. Good communication skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). Availability to start immediately. What we offer: Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm CST (Fully remote on camera) $750 - $850 USD monthly salary. Opportunity to grow into a mid-level Zoho developer role.
