Position Title: Strategy Executive-Founder's Office    Sustainability Economics.ai is a global organization, pioneering the convergence of clean energy and AI, enabling profitable energy transitions while powering end-to-end AI infrastructure. Guided by exceptional leaders and visionaries with decades of expertise in finance, policy, technology, and innovation, we are committed to making long-term efforts to fulfil this vision through our technical innovation, client services, expertise, and capability expansion.    The Strategy Executive will serve as a critical partner to the CEO, assisting in collaborating with critical stakeholders in view of company strategy and business. Strategic Initiatives and Planning:   # Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO/Executive for identified stakeholders  # Coordinate communications, including preparing presentations, speeches, and reports for executive-level meetings and external engagements.  Executive Support:   # Provide direct support to the CEO/Executive, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and communications.  # Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for executive meetings.  Risk Management and Compliance:   # Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and potential risks to the organization.  # Oversee compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.    Educational & Experience:   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.  MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.  Relevant experience in supporting strategic/executive leadership, preferably as a Strategy Specialist or equivalent.  Strong project management and stakeholder coordination experience.  Advanced proficiency in business communication, data analysis, and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, or BI dashboards).    Agile and adaptable, with a proactive problem-solving approach.  Coordinate cross-functional projects requiring collaboration between product, tech, operations, and business teams.  Track business performance and provide analytical inputs for decision-making.  Manage sensitive and high-priority projects, ensuring confidentiality and precision.    Strategic and analytical mindset — ability to connect data, insights, and execution.  Excellent communication and influencing skills, with executive presence.  Startup DNA → bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, love for fast iteration, and flexible and growth mindset.
