Lead Engineer (Python)
This role is for Nykaa Enterprise Engineering Team. In this role, you will get to work across the length and breadth of the critical ecommerce platforms: Catalog, User Identity, Discovery, Cart to build capabilities for our Domestic and International brands.

Requirements (Python):
- 6-8 years of experience building scalable backend application.
- At least, 2+ years experience in building applications using Python / Django is required
- Experience building web applications using Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB or other popular RDBMS or Non-relational databases.
- In depth understanding of data structures and algorithms, and apply them to deliver high-performing applications.
- Should be proficient with Git (Github/Gitlab/Bitbucket)
- Experience with Microservice and Serverless architecture is a plus.
- Knowledge about continuous integration softwares such as Jenkins is a plus.
- Should be able to design application server architectures on cloud (AWS is a plus)
- Must be good in logic and coding abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving ability.
- Must be passionate and self motivated.
- Excellent team player and good communication skills.
- Basic qualifications - Strong CS fundamentals in object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, algorithm design, and operating system.
