Oracle EBS SCM Techno Functional Consultant

We are looking to hire an Oracle EBS Techno Functional Consultant who will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Oracle EBS systems for our clients. Your expertise in Oracle technologies will be essential in driving successful EBS implementations and delivering high-quality solutions for our client based in Dubai - which is one of the largest companies in the region. This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 4 months and is renewable. The role sits within the IT Department and reports directly to the Lead Consultant. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business analysts and the functional team to understand business and functional requirements, translating them into technical solutions within Oracle EBS. Create and maintain technical specifications and unit test case documents. Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reports using Oracle tools and technologies. Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging to identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks. Update unit test execution documents, including test evidence. Prepare and maintain installation instructions for all code releases. Work closely with functional consultants and project managers to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. Support the internal functional team and the client's business team in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-user training for the successful deployment of Oracle EBS solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, system errors, and performance problems in collaboration with technical teams. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Oracle EBS system. Document technical specifications, test plans, test cases, and test evidence for future reference and knowledge sharing. Extract data from the EBS system for an ongoing EBS-to-Fusion migration project, providing data to the migration team according to extraction rules and templates. Conduct detailed requirements analysis, including redesigning current point-to-point integration, gathering requirements, identifying potential risks, and recommending appropriate solutions. Implement quality assurance processes, conduct testing and validation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of integrated systems, and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: 4 to 8 years of technical experience in Oracle EBS R12 implementation, specifically in the SCM domain. Certification and experience in designing Approval DOA Matrices, and expertise in AME configuration and workflow design. Experience with Oracle iSourcing, iSupplier, and iProcurement modules is preferred.
