They continue to grow and expand there footprint, seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function at our Bengaluru office and manufacturing unit.Job SummaryThe Head of HR will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals, driving a high-performance culture, ensuring compliance, and positioning the organization as an employer of choice in the healthcare equipment industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyLead end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee engagementOversee workforce planning to support production, R&D, sales, and support functionsEnsure legal compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements at the state and central levelsFoster a positive and productive workplace culture that supports innovation and collaborationPartner with senior leadership to identify organizational needs and drive change management initiativesManage HR budgets, policies, and procedures effectivelyImplement HR analytics to provide insights for decision-makingEstablish and monitor key HR metrics to evaluate HR performance and business impactLead employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent in the healthcare manufacturing sectorHandle industrial relations, employee grievances, and ensure harmonious workplace relations at the plant and corporate levelsQualifications & Requirements✅ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field✅ 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role✅ Experience in manufacturing , medical devices , pharmaceuticals , or healthcare equipment sectors is highly preferred✅ Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices✅ Proven ability to build and lead HR teams across diverse functions✅ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholdersLocation: Bengaluru, IndiaSalary 5 lacs to 8 lacs
