Our team works closely with clients across industries to craft meaningful customer experiences and high-performing campaigns.Role OverviewWe are hiring an experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can lead visual direction across brands, campaigns, and digital assets. You will work closely with the content, strategy, and tech teams to deliver visually striking, trend-aware designs that elevate brand presence.This is a senior creative role requiring strong design judgement, the ability to think strategically, and the confidence to own visual storytelling.Key Responsibilities• Lead the visual design for brand campaigns, social media, ads, landing pages, brochures, and pitch decks• Develop cohesive brand identities and maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints• Transform briefs and ideas into high-performing creatives and storytelling visuals• Collaborate with strategy and content teams on creative direction• Guide visual decisions for marketing campaigns and product launches• Stay ahead of global design trends, formats, and aesthetic styles• Mentor junior designers when required and contribute to improving internal creative processesRequired Skills & Experience• 5–6 years of professional experience in digital graphic design• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, and Figma• A portfolio that clearly demonstrates branding, campaign design, and digital-first creative work• Deep understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy• Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high quality• Strong creative judgement and the ability to give and receive feedback effectivelyNice to Have• Experience working in fast-paced creative or digital agencies• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe XD, or motion design toolsBenefits• Competitive salary based on experience• Flexible work timings• Opportunities for continuous learning and creative growth• Supportive, collaborative, and innovation-focused environmentHow to ApplySend your CV and portfolio link to In your cover letter, please include:• Why you are excited to join Dott Social• How your experience aligns with this senior role• Your Monthly Current CTC and Expected CTCWe look forward to discovering how your creativity can add value to our growing team.Thank you for your interest in Dott Social LLP
