Our growing team spans India, Singapore, and Hong Kong , and we are seeking a Product Designer to work on cutting-edge B2 B and B2 C New Venture apps & digital platforms designed to disrupt their respective industries. This is a unique opportunity to create impactful designs for AI Agri Tech (INNOFarms. AI) , Green mobility solutions, e-commerce marketplaces, fintech apps , and more, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring MVPs to life and validate business hypotheses.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities:
1. UX/UI Design & Prototyping:
• Develop intuitive and visually engaging UX/UI designs for mobile and web applications in diverse sectors such as Fin Tech, Green Mobility, E-commerce/ Healthy Retail Marketplace, and Urban Tech.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch .
• Ensure user flows are seamless, user-centric, and optimized for mobile and web platforms.
2. User Research & Validation:
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis , and usability testing to understand user pain points and refine designs.
• Collaborate with the team to validate MVP ideas and iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with product managers (potential to work as a Product Manager), developers , and Founder and CEO /business teams to align designs with venture goals and technical constraints .
• Communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
4. Branding & Innovation:
• Lead the creation and implementation of innovative design solutions to address challenges unique to startups. Support the development of scalable branding and design systems for cross-venture consistency and market differentiation.
• Innovate creative solutions for challenges unique to early-stage startups, ensuring alignment with venture studio objectives. (must have)
5. Agility in Execution:
• Rapidly iterate and adapt to evolving project requirements, delivering quality outputs under tight timelines.
• Contribute ideas for improving team workflows and project processes to maximize efficiency.
Who You Are
Qualifications & Experience:
• For Full-Time Candidates:
• 2-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for innovative Startups , Venture Studio , Creative Agencies on B2 B/B2 C mobile and web products & platforms applications .
• For Freelancers:
• Demonstrated experience working with startups or early-stage companies with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• For Interns:
• Exceptional final-year students or recent graduates with relevant coursework or project experience and a stellar portfolio .
Core Skills:
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and In Vision .
• Familiarity with user research methods , usability testing, and design thinking frameworks.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to present design ideas effectively to stakeholders.
