Job Title:  Art Director – CGI Advertising Industry


Location:  Supreme Business Park, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai, India

Salary Range:  ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month

Experience Required:  10+ years

Sky Dreamers Club is a creative hub specializing in cutting-edge CGI for advertising projects. We are looking for an experienced and visionary Art Director  to lead our creative team and drive innovative storytelling and high-quality project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Creative Vision and Development:

• Develop mood boards , storylines , and storyboards  for various advertising projects.

• Ensure the creative direction aligns with client objectives and project goals.

2. Pipeline Management:

• Oversee the 3D production pipeline  to ensure the timely delivery of quality work.

• Streamline workflows and ensure the team follows best practices for efficient project execution.

3. Team Leadership and Coordination:

• Lead and manage the CGI team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

• Foster collaboration across departments to achieve creative excellence.

4. Client Interaction:

• Handle client meetings, onboard new clients, and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure successful project delivery.

5. Business Development (Plus Point):

• Leverage industry contacts to onboard new clients and generate business opportunities.

• Actively contribute to expanding Sky Dreamers Club’s footprint in the CGI advertising industry.


Skills and Qualifications:


• Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years in CGI or advertising, with a strong background in storytelling, 3D production, and team management.

• Creative Expertise:

• Exceptional skills in creating mood boards, storylines, and storyboards for advertising projects.

• Technical Knowledge:

• Understanding of CGI pipelines, tools, and best practices to guide the 3D team effectively.

• Client Coordination:

• Proven ability to manage client relationships, from onboarding to project delivery.

• Leadership Skills:

• Experience in managing a team and ensuring deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.

• Networking (Plus Point):

• Strong industry connections or experience in onboarding new clients is a bonus.
