About Company:
Incorporated in 2006, the company is a non-banking financial company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). With an assets under management (AUM) of approximately Rs 4,000 crores, the NBFC operates over 170 branches across 11 states and employs around 2,000 people. It primarily serves the MSME sector by offering both secured and unsecured business loans, as well as loans for used vehicles.
Job Description
1. Audit/Board/Strategy Presentations:
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports for board meetings and audit committees.
Assist in the development of strategic presentations related to financial performance and future planning.
2. Monthly MIS - Review and Variance Analysis:
Lead the preparation of Monthly MIS reports, including detailed variance analysis against budget and forecast.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial performance trends.
3. Branch-wise/Product-wise Profitability Analysis:
Conduct detailed profitability analysis at both branch and product levels.
Provide insights on performance metrics to aid in decision-making and improve overall profitability.
4. Efficiency Improvement and Automation Projects:
Collaborate on various digital transformation and automation initiatives to enhance financial reporting processes and drive operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of financial automation tools.
5. Coordination in CFO & COO Office:
Act as a key liaison between the CFO and COO office for financial and operational matters.
Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure smooth communication between finance, operations, and other departments.
6. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Assist in preparing regular financial forecasts, budgets, and ad-hoc reports as required by senior management.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and help develop strategies to meet financial targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
 Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance
 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a similar role (NBFC).
 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, financial modeling) and Power Point (presentation skills).
 Proven experience in preparing audit and board-level presentations.
 Familiarity with digital finance tools and automation solutions is a plus.
 Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
