We're Hiring Store Manager at Dwarka Gems
Join our team at Dwarka Gems , a renowned Jewellery brand with a rich legacy of over 35 years in the industry We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail sales and operations.
Position: Store Manager
Location : Dwarka Gems Showroom
Salary : ₹3,00,000 - ₹6,00,000 LPA
Only Local candidates are preferred for this position
Key Responsibilities:
●       Oversee daily retail sales and store operations.
●       Manage and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
●       Ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with Dwarka Gems' values.
●       Maintain inventory control and manage stock levels.
●       Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
●       Analyze sales data to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications:
●       Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, preferably in the Jewellery industry.
●       Strong leadership and team management skills.
●       Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
●       Proficiency in handling store operations and sales targets.
●       Passion for Jewellery and an eye for detail.
