As part of our team, you will: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product managers, data scientists, and designers to build AI-powered applications that meet business needs and customer requirements. Build software projects where natural language processing (NLP) is a key component. Responsible for building linguistic models, prompt engineering for large language models (LLM) and designing user interfaces that facilitate natural language input and output. Integrate generative AI models into applications, ensuring seamless interaction between the AI components and the application interface. Building server-side applications/ backend code using C# and/or Python. Good understanding of orchestrating frameworks like Semantic Kernel, Langchain, Llamaindex etc. Understanding of agentic workflows. Expected to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply these advancements to improve the AI applications. Proven development experience on Azure Cloud and understanding of other cloud platforms like Google Cloud. Managing the end-to-end life cycle for software and applications Hands on experience of API integrations, Single-Sign-on and token-based authentication Experience in integrating with SQL and No SQL databases (SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Mongo DB) Experience in managing small databases, and proficient in querying existing databases for technical and data analysis Maintain documentation pertaining to software design and build Manage production support issues Apply agile and lean principles in design and implementation You have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field. Overall 5- 9 years of work experience in C# or Python development where natural language processing was a key component. Atleast 1 year of experience in developing Gen AI applications using prompt engineering, in-context learning etc Preferably Certified Cloud Developer (either Microsoft, IBM Cloud, AWS, Google) Ability to quickly prototype ideas / solutions, perform critical analysis, and use creative approaches for solving complex problems Work with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale Excellent communication skill – oral, written, presenting, creation of report outs etc. Solution seeker, diligent with detail orientation Positive approach It would be nice if you also had: 1-2+ years of experience in participating in data and analytics initiatives in a corporate environment or a growing, data-driven startup Understanding of advanced analytics, including data management, different types of machine learning approaches and machine learning pipelines Understanding of fine tuning large language models Master’s degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science or related disciplines
