Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a strategic and analytical Product Growth Manager to lead initiatives that drive in-app revenue and product-led growth. You will partner with Product, Data, and Marketing teams to identify opportunities, optimize user journeys, and execute high-impact growth experiments that enhance user engagement.What you'll do:-Analyze user behavior and product funnels to identify growth opportunitiesLead A/B tests, experiments, and data-driven strategies to improve conversionsWork closely with Product & Marketing teams to drive cross-functional impactBuild and execute app-focused growth and revenue strategiesCreate PRDs, wireframes, and dashboards to support product developmentMonitor KPIs and provide insights for continuous optimizationWhat we need:-3+ years of experience in product growth, product analytics, or product managementExperience driving app growth, revenue, or user engagementStrong growth mindset with a test-and-learn approachSolid understanding of funnel optimization and growth strategyMarketing or performance growth experience is a strong advantageSkills: SQL , PRD writing, wireframingLocation: Noida, Sector 59Joining: ImmediateBenefits: Good working environment, Snacks & Lunch
