About Position:The BI Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and efficient Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and modern data platforms. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into actionable data insights and visualizations.Role: BI Architect – Tableau & Power BILocation: All Persistent LocationsExperience: 11 to 17 YearsJob Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:Core BI Architecture & DevelopmentDesign and implement end-to-end BI solutions using Tableau and Power BI.Develop semantic models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making.Create and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and data warehouses.Optimize performance of BI solutions and ensure data accuracy and consistency.AI & Advanced Analytics (for Senior Roles)Integrate AI/ML features such as Power BI Copilot, Smart Narratives, AutoML, and natural language querying.Build predictive dashboards and anomaly detection models.Leverage Microsoft Fabric components like OneLake, Lakehouse, and Data Factory Gen2 1.Collaboration & GovernanceWork with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, operations) to gather requirements.Implement data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.Mentor junior BI developers and analysts.Expertise You'll Bring:Power BI: Semantic models, DAX, Paginated Reports, Q&A visual.Tableau: Desktop, Server, Cloud, LOD Expressions.Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica) and data modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas).Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google BigQuery).Bonus: Python or R for data manipulation and AI/ML integration.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageCulture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certificationsOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technologiesEmployee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awardsAnnual health check-upsInsurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parentsValues-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:Persistent Ltd. is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
