Position Overview:
The Supervisor Team Leader will play a key role in overseeing site operations, guiding a team of supervisors, and ensuring seamless project execution. This position requires strong leadership, hands-on site management, and effective communication to meet project deadlines and quality benchmarks. The ideal candidate will ensure all processes align with company standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
· Manage and lead a team of supervisors, ensuring clear communication of project goals and tasks.
· Motivate and mentor the team to achieve high performance and quality standards.
· Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
Project Management:
· Supervise on-site activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to project designs and specifications.
· Coordinate with architects, clients, and internal teams for approvals, updates, and issue resolution.
· Monitor progress and resolve any on-site challenges promptly.
Site Coordination:
· Ensure supervisors are well-versed in project details and execute tasks effectively.
· Oversee material delivery schedules and confirm the availability of required resources.
· Inspect the site regularly to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project plans.
Process Implementation:
· Standardize procedures for supervisors to streamline workflows and minimize delays.
· Ensure that supervisors maintain accurate daily site reports and documentation.
· Assist in refining and improving processes for better efficiency and performance.
Client & Vendor Liaison:
· Act as the primary point of contact for site-related discussions with clients and vendors.
· Communicate client preferences and ensure they are implemented accurately.
· Oversee vendor coordination to ensure material and service delivery meets project needs.
Training & Development:
· Identify gaps in team skills and organize training to improve performance.
· Encourage a learning environment within the team to foster continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
· Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
· Experience: 3+ years in a site supervision or team leadership role in construction, interiors, or related fields.
· Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and site layouts.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.
