Assignment description
- The expectation is that this role will also support the governance in the ongoing programs As a SAP Fiori/UX Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery and continuous enhancement the user experience and interface of our SAP landscape.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces, utilising industry best practices and initiative solutions that drive user adoption and satisfaction.
- The position is expected to support the governance and compliance of project deliverables and aim to impose SAP Fiori and UX best practices within our SAP environments.
- Responsible for applying, and enhancing the standards, guidelines, and strategy for SAP Fiori and UX for an organization currently transforming its ERP applications with multiple S/4 Hana transformation programs underway.
- You will oversee SAP Fiori and UX support, managing the user incidents and change processes, and are expected to be hands on in resolving Fiori and UX issues and providing solution options related to new requirements.
- For all matters SAP Fiori and UX ensuring we have adoption of standards and principles across the SAP application landscape, processes, tools, quality approach, documentation requirements, etc… that shape how SAP development is carried out on the programme and into the future for SMR IT.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide oversight and governance of the delivery of SAP Fiori and UX BAU service including UX changes, incidents, and BAU support.
• Serve as a leader for implementing SAP Fiori and UX solutions across various projects demonstrating initiative where process improvements can be introduced.
• Serve as SAP Fiori and UX subject matter expert to business stakeholders and provide advisory and consulting services in the BAU and program delivery projects as needed.
• Provide oversight and support to the SAP Security/UX teams of the assigned SAP AMS support service provider and the SI to ensure adherence to governance process.
• Manage individual projects to completion in the SAP Fiori and UX area including the enhancement of ITS UX, SAC reporting apps and SAP upgrade initiatives.
• Drive Fiori App Lifecycle management, by supporting the organization to identify business applications near end and identify, plan and implement change for successor applications.
EXPERIENCE :
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience with SAP S/4HANA Fiori and UX design
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and its integration with Fiori applications.
- Knowledge of UX best practices and design principles
OTHER:
- Experience with non-SAP UX design and development.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Leadership, People management
- SAP SAP Fiori and UX design.
- Experience with UX design and build across other SAP applications including SAC, SAP Solution Manager, embedded analytics
