SR ANALYST, MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS The Sr Analyst, Maintenance Programs is part of the PSA Tech Ops Division of the PSA Tech Services Center. This role involves development and implementation of maintenance programs to ensure quality and safety, dedication to ensuring safety and reliability of PSA’s fleet, and working cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations. Manage and revise the CRJ-700/900 Maintenance Program, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and PSA's GMM Analyze reliability data to adjust recurring inspection and maintenance task intervals, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability objectives are met Ensure compliance with all FAA maintenance program requirements and PSA's GMM Must be willing and able to travel 10% of the time, as needed, to the PSA Headquarters Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience: ~ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field ~4 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a focus on maintenance program management ~ FAA 121 Airline Operator and associate FARs experience or equivalent Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience: ~ Master's degree in a relevant field ~6+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a focus on maintenance program management ~ Experience with reliability-centered maintenance and maintenance program development ~ Experience with data analysis and interpretation Familiarity with maintenance program management software and tools LANGUAGE / COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Physical ability necessary to safely and successfully perform the essential functions of the position, with or without any legally required reasonable accommodations that do not pose an undue hardship.
