Group Head-SEO

Job Summary

We seek a highly experienced and skilled SEO Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive business growth.

You will work independently or as part of a team to provide expert-level advice and guidance to clients, conduct advanced keyword research and analysis, and optimize the website content to improve search engine rankings.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Create Advances SEO Strategies and scope of work as part of Quarterly or Annual Plan
• Identify gaps in execution or achieving KPIs earlier and give recommendations & fixes in the right direction
• Conduct in-depth SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and develop comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Conduct Advances SEO experiments to identify growth opportunities or optimization opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide progress updates, answer questions, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content marketing, web development, and design teams, to ensure the successful implementation of SEO strategies.
• Provide training, mentoring, and support to SEO Teams on SEO best practices and strategies, and processes.
• Present SEO strategies and results to stakeholders, including executives and clients
• Create SEO Pitches and Presentations to onboard new clients

Qualifications & Skills

• Expert-level understanding of SEO techniques, including on-page optimization, off-page optimization, technical SEO, and local SEO.
• Advanced experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other SEO tools.
• Proficiency in conducting advanced keyword research, Market research, and analysis to identify high-value opportunities for content optimization.
• Ability to analyze website data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Advanced knowledge of Schema nesting, Regex for SEO, log file analysis, and Technical SEO know-how
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including content marketing, web development, and design teams.
• Attention to detail, with strong organizational skills.
• Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work on time.
• Team management skills, to delegate and guide tasks to the team members, resolving day-to-day issues & upskilling them
• Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical SEO issues.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present complex SEO strategies and results to clients.
• Create SEO Pitches and Presentations to onboard new clients
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development, SEO Automation & best practices is a plus.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Master's in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success
