Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Insights and Leadership: Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights, guiding long-term strategic decisions. Mentor junior data scientists, fostering their growth and enhancing team capabilities.
Advanced Modeling and Analytics: Develop and implement sophisticated statistical models and machine learning algorithms for predictive and prescriptive analytics. Conduct scenario planning and simulations to inform critical business strategies.
Architectural and Data Strategy Recommendations: Collaborate with the engineering team to design robust data architecture for optimized data flow, collection, and storage. Evaluate and recommend tools and frameworks to enhance the data science ecosystem.
Interactive Dashboards and Visualization: Design and develop advanced dashboards and visualizations to convey insights to stakeholders effectively. Champion best practices for data storytelling to influence key decision-makers.
Operational Analytics and Metrics Design: Define and implement metrics to track performance across key business areas. Build real-time monitoring systems to assess application usage and customer behavior.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with business goals. Act as a thought leader in cross-functional projects, driving data-centric decision-making.
Data Integrity and Governance: Implement rigorous quality assurance practices to ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting and analysis. Uphold data security and compliance standards across the organization.
Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in data science, analytics tools, and machine learning techniques. Pilot and deploy cutting-edge technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in data science or advanced analytics, with a proven track record of impactful contributions.
Required Skills:
Expertise in designing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
Preferred Skills:
Strong coding skills in Python, R, or similar languages, and proficiency with SQL for data manipulation.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
