It is a permanent Work From Home position and every day you'll be working directly as part of their UK team. It is a senior role with real opportunities to learn and develop.

They are looking to make a full time hire for a long term position.
Location: Permanent Remote Work from Home in India
Minimum Experience: 5+ years
Shift Timings: 12pm - 9:30pm (Summer), 1pm - 10:30pm (Winter)
Roles and responsibilities
Understand and translate the requirements from specifications to code in the Go programming language.
Develop code in line with strict internal standards.
Perform code reviews of other developers work, with emphasis on more junior coders.
Coordinate with testers, stakeholders and other interested parties to understand and analyze issues, working together to resolve them effectively.
Optimise for features delivered per line of code / point of code complexity.
Participate in optimization and automation of your own role, including working with advanced CI/CD pipelines and AI models.
Required Skills and Experience
Essential Skills:
Golang (Go) - 3 years +
Concurrent programming concepts such as mutexes, condition variables, and channels.
Cloud Computing - AWS or Azure or Google Cloud
