This role combines leadership, innovation, and hands-on expertise to elevate our brand presence and deliver measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across website, social media, and digital platforms.- Lead enterprise marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and business growth.- Drive ROI-focused campaigns with a demand generation mindset and digital-first approach.- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business strategy.- Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.- Monitor, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness and optimize for continuous improvement.Key Skills & Expertise:- Proven expertise in integrated marketing and delivering measurable ROI.- Strong experience in stakeholder management and business interactions at senior levels.- Deep understanding of digital-first marketing approaches and emerging digital trends.- Experience managing diverse marketing channels including website, social media, and enterprise campaigns.Qualifications:- 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing with a focus on digital and integrated marketing.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.- Industries like SaaS, BFSI, fintech, insurance, startup- MBA/PG in Marketing or related field preferred.
