Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Holidays Manager at SkyBook in Kozhikode. The Holidays Manager will be responsible for Managing a team of Holiday Consultants who are experts in planning, organizing, and coordinating International holiday experiences for guests(International clients). Tasks include Managing a team of Holiday Consultants & creating holiday packages, managing bookings, and ensuring a seamless holiday experience.


Qualifications

  • Experience in International holiday planning and management
  • Prior GCC experience in a similar role is an added advantage
  • Should have Leadership Quality & Managing a team experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of local attractions and activities for worldwide packages
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
