In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive budget efficiency, implement robust financial controls, and play a key role in shaping the financial future of one of the region’s leading e-commerce platforms.What You’ll Be Doing:Prepare, update, and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly budgetsConduct Budget vs Actual reporting with variance analysis and insightsCollaborate with business units to align budgets and annual operating plans with KPIsPrepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports with business performance summariesPlan and manage working capital to support business needs and growthReview business processes, introduce automation, and financial controls for better efficiencyAnalyze and make recommendations on accounting, tax, and IFRS updatesSupport special assignments such as due diligence, internal controls assessments, and securities listingsReview contracts, financial commitments, and transactions to ensure alignment with company policiesWhat You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Professional qualifications like CPA/CA/CMA are a plus)Post qualification 1-3 years of experience in finance roles with strong exposure to budgeting, MIS reporting, and process improvementStrong understanding of IFRS, financial regulations, and working capital optimizationAdvanced Excel skills and experience with financial tools/ERP systemsExcellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skillsA proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes
