We're Hiring: Manager/Senior Manager – Corporate CommunicationsLocation: Jajpur, OdishaAre you a passionate communicator who can tell powerful stories, drive impactful internal campaigns, and create a strong brand identity on the ground? We are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager – Corporate Communications to lead location-level communications at our Jajpur plant.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end internal communication at the plant: from notice boards to digital screens, WhatsApp groups, newsletters, and leadership messages.Create engaging content in English, Hindi, and Odia for newsletters, events, campaigns, and intranet platforms.Lead employee engagement through events (Founder’s Day, Women’s Day, etc.) and recognition programs.Coordinate with CSR, HR, and Central Corp Comm teams to plan campaigns, develop creatives, and manage branding.Manage vendor relationships, content production (including video, photo shoots), and budget tracking.Liaise with local media for coverage, draft press releases, and support media fam trips and visits.Support plant-level initiatives, VIP visits, and internal branding activities across the facility.What We’re Looking For7+ years of experience in corporate/internal/plant communicationsExcellent writing skills in English, Odia, and HindiStrong event/project management, content development, and stakeholder engagement skillsConfident public speaker and creative thinkerWorking knowledge of design tools like Canva, basic video editing, photography, and intranet toolsEmpathy and ability to connect with plant-level teams and workersExperience managing vendors and driving campaigns end to end.Preferred EducationMBA/PGDM in Communications or MarketingGraduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Journalism or PRPreferred institutes: IIMC, MICA, ACJ, XIC, SymbiosisWhy Join Us?This is a high-ownership, high-impact role with room for creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
