About The Job: We are looking for a motivated and professional Call Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple channels, including calls and WhatsApp Business. The candidate should be an effective communicator, comfortable with handling cold calls, follow-ups, and community engagement. Make cold calls and follow-up calls to potential and existing customers. Manage and respond to customer communications via WhatsApp Business and community channels. Maintain and update customer records in the database. Prepare reports and manage data efficiently using Microsoft Excel. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support operations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction. Minimum 6 months of internship experience or 1 year of full-time experience in a similar role. Strong command over English and Hindi (spoken and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management. Confidence in making cold calls and customer follow-ups.
