We foster ownership, and have a dynamic, fun and vibrant startup culture.Role Overview:We are looking for a motivated Backend Developer with 6–12 months of internship experience, who is proactive, eager to learn, and has a go-getter attitude to join our team. As a Backend Developer, you will contribute to developing server-side web applications and assist in integrating front-end elements. This is an individual contributor role where you will work with a small but highly competitive and supportive team.ResponsibilitiesDebug, test, and optimize applications for performance.Maintain and enhance existing software applications.Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing features with server-side logic.Write scalable, testable, and efficient code.Identify and fix bugs promptly.Requirements:Experience: 6-12 months internship experience in backend development.Basic knowledge of developing APIs.Hands-on exposure to PHP, Node.js, MySQL, REST APIs, Microservices, Apache (academic/internship projects acceptable).Good understanding of technology-related products and services.Exposure to Azure/Google Cloud, PHP frameworks, or Angular is a plus.Educational background: BE/BTech (Computers), MSc, MCA, or similar.What You’ll GetCompetitive compensation and benefits.Opportunity to work with a talented and collaborative team.Be part of a fast-growing startup and make an impact.A challenging role with great learning and career growth.Truein is an equal opportunity employer.
