CloudSEK, one of India’s most trusted cybersecurity product companies, is on a mission to build the world’s fastest and most reliable AI technology that identifies and resolves digital threats in real time. The central proposition is leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to create a quick and reliable analysis and alert system that provides rapid detection across multiple internet sources, precise threat analysis, and prompt resolution with minimal human intervention.

CloudSEK’s Product Suite:
- CloudSEK XVigil constantly maps a customer’s digital assets, identifies threats and enriches them with cyber intelligence, and then provides workflows to manage and remediate all identified threats including takedown support.
- A powerful Attack Surface Monitoring tool that gives visibility and intelligence on customers’ attack surfaces. CloudSEK's BeVigil uses a combination of Mobile, Web, Network and Encryption Scanners to map and protect known and unknown assets.
- CloudSEK’s Contextual AI SVigil identifies software supply chain risks by monitoring Software, Cloud Services, and third-party dependencies.
Key Milestones:
- 2016 : Launched our first product.
- 2018 : Secured Pre-series A funding.
- 2019 : Expanded operations to India, Southeast Asia, and the Americas.
- 2020 : Won the NASSCOM-DSCI Excellence Award for Security Product Company of the Year.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Growth Manager/Specialist to drive lead generation, pipeline management, and customer engagement efforts. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a consultative sales approach to nurture leads through the sales funnel. The Growth Manager will collaborate closely with the marketing team, contribute to market research, and establish strong customer relationships to optimize conversion rates and achieve key performance indicators.
Note: We are looking for someone with prior experience in working with security products and services.
This is an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities:-
Lead Generation:
- Identify and thoroughly research potential leads and prospects.
- Execute outreach strategies including email campaigns, phone calls, and social media engagements.
- Develop and implement lead-generation campaigns through various channels such as email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
- Leverage social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO to drive high-quality lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead-generation strategies.
- Qualify leads based on their interest and potential as paying customers.
Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a dynamic sales pipeline by identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and advancing opportunities through the sales funnel.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to refine the sales strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling and engaging content to attract, capture, and retain leads.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to gain insights into their requirements, address concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to guarantee customer contentment.
- Collect customer feedback and effectively communicate it to the product development team to drive continuous improvements.
Lead Nurturing:
- A guide leads through the sales funnel, providing valuable information and support until they are prepared for engagement with the sales team.
- Embrace a consultative sales approach to address individual customer needs.
Qualification:-
- 1-4 years of overall experience.
- Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Consultative and customer-centric sales mindset.
