We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partnerships Associate Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong blend of business development, relationship management, and strategic thinking. The Partnerships Associate Manager will play a crucial role in identifying, acquiring, and nurturing partnerships that align with our business objectives. Associate Manager/Manager, Strategic Partnerships Reporting To: Director, Strategic Partnerships Monitor and analyze the performance of existing partnerships. Create and manage joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and other collaborative projects. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships. Regularly track and report on the performance of partnerships against established KPIs. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles.
