Sales and MarketingSupport in counselingLearner retentionQualificationsMaster’s degree in the relevant field (Ph.D. preferred; as per UGC norms).NET qualifiedExperience with online teaching platforms and digital pedagogy is desirable.Demonstrated research activity with publications and conference participation.Excellent communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.Skills & CompetenciesSubject matter expertise and ability to teach effectively in an online environment.Proficiency with learning management systems, virtual classrooms, and digital content creation.Strong student-centric approach with a commitment to academic excellence.Ability to balance teaching, research, and administrative responsibilities effectively.RemunerationAs per institutional norms and candidate qualifications & experience.
