JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Backend Development
Design, develop, and optimize scalable APIs and backend services using Laravel.
Implement and maintain data architecture to support real-time, high-load applications.
Integrate backend services with MySQL and MongoDB databases, ensuring efficient data access, security, and integrity.
Database Management
Develop, optimize, and maintain complex queries and data structures within MySQL and MongoDB.
Manage data migration, backup, and restoration tasks, ensuring data availability and security.
AWS & Cloud Infrastructure
Architect and manage AWS infrastructure, including EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, and other AWS services.
Optimize and automate cloud deployment, scaling, and monitoring using DevOps practices.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).
Performance Optimization & Security
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in backend systems to ensure maximum performance and reliability.
Implement security best practices to protect data and maintain compliance with relevant standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 5+ years in backend development with a focus on PHP/Laravel.
SKILLS
Proficiency in Laravel framework and PHP.
Strong experience with relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
Expertise in AWS services and cloud-based architecture.
DevOps experience, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure management.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Knowledge of additional programming languages like Python, Javascript, Nodejs.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and logging frameworks.
