Required Skills, Competencies & Experience:


Experience: 2+ years in product design, specifically with a focus on UI/UX for digital products.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in idea communication and rapid prototyping to quickly iterate and communicate design concepts.
  • Strong adaptability in a high-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple design challenges simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, working closely with product managers, developers, and users.
  • A user-centric approach with great attention to detail.
  • Proficient in design thinking and problem-solving to create impactful solutions for complex user needs.
  • Deep understanding of UI design patterns and web application architecture, with some knowledge of REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Expertise in designing original graphics with a unique approach to typography, color, and shape.
  • Experience in prototyping and creating seamless brand imagery for integration across various platforms, including social media.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with users, clients, product managers, and software developers to define requirements, user workflows, and UI mockups.
  • Rapidly iterate on design prototypes to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Design intuitive, aesthetic, and user-friendly interfaces that meet business and user needs, contributing to Ripik.AI’s overall user experience strategy.
  • Develop and refine Ripik.AI’s product visual identity, ensuring consistent, on-brand design across platforms and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate designs and incorporate feedback, iterating to optimize user experience and functionality.
  • Support brand design initiatives, incorporating logos and imagery into product and platform designs.
