Fship is looking to hire React Native Developer for their HQ based out at Noida Sec-63.This is a full-time on site role.Position: React Native DeveloperCompany Name: Fship- A Product of Fixfeels Technologies Private Limited.Salary Package: Hike on last drawnKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Maintain: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable mobile applications using React Native for both Android and iOS platforms.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers, to define, design, and ship new features.Performance Optimization : Diagnose and correct bugs, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure a smooth, native-like user experience.API Integration: Integrate applications with backend services and third-party APIs (RESTful APIs, GraphQL) and ensure seamless data flow and robust error handling.Code Quality: Ensure code quality, organization, and automation by writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code and implementing automated testing suites (e.g., Jest, Mocha).Deployment and Release: Manage the entire application lifecycle, including working with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle) and publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.Technical Leadership: Participate in code reviews, advocate for best practices, and potentially mentor junior developers.Innovation: Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies and development practices to maximize development efficiency and stay current with industry trends.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 4+ years of professional experience in mobile application development, with at least 3-4 years specifically using React Native in production environments.Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. Strong understanding of the React fundamentals, component lifecycle, and modern hooks.State Management : Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or the Context API.Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode and Android Studio, and understanding of the iOS and Android code signing/deployment process.Version Control & CI/CD: Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git) and experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Knowledge of native platform languages Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Java/Kotlin for Android) is an added advantage for deep integrations and debugging.Please feel free to share resume on
