Recently, they led Zoomcar, India's largest personal mobility platform.Key Responsibilities:● Predictive Risk Modeling: Develop predictive models for loan default prediction, collectionpropensity to improve business decisions and improve profitability.● Risk Strategy Support: Work closely with the sales, product, risk, and operations teams to analyzecustomer behavior, identify sustainable growth opportunities while maintaining risk, andrecommend strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.● Customer Segmentation: Build advanced customer segmentation models based on behavioral,transactional, and demographic data to support targeted business strategies and personalizedproduct offerings.● A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments toevaluate product and business strategies, ensuring decisions are data-driven and aligned withbusiness objectives.● Automation & Optimization: Leverage data science to automate processes, optimizedecision-making workflows, and improve operational efficiency across customer acquisition andservicing.● Collaboration with Stakeholders: Communicate findings and insights effectively to non-technicalstakeholders, translating complex data into actionable business strategies.Technical Skills:● Proficiency in ML Techniques like Logistic Regression, Clustering, XGBoost Models, SurvivalModels, and advanced feature engineering and model evaluation techniques● Understanding of lending metrics such as vintage curve, Roll Rates, and Bounces.● Proficient in Python and SQL.● Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and MS Excel.● Well-versed in API development(Flask APIs and Fast APIs framework)● Strong mathematical ability.● Proficiency in Advanced ML Techniques like Neural Network, LLM - Good to have but notmandatoryQualifications:● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics,Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.● Experience: 3-7 years of experience in a data science role, with a focus on growth, customeracquisition, or marketing in a fintech or banking industry.Why Join Us?● Innovative Environment: Work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where your insights willdirectly contribute to the company's growth.● Career Growth: Opportunities to expand your expertise and grow within a rapidly scalingcompany.● Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive salary and other benefits● Impact: Play a key role in transforming the lending industry with data-driven decisions andinnovative solutions.If you are excited to make an impact in a fast-growing lending company and have a passion for leveraging data to drive growth, we would love to hear from you
