Responsibilities
Cost planning and purchasing of digital and analogue OOH campaigns
Analysis and optimization of already implemented poster campaigns
Writing and sending orders
Checking and recording order confirmations
Check invoices
Recording performance values and costs
Create offers on Power Point charts
Create templates for our OOH planning tool
Create production plans
Calculate poster quantities and check shipping documents
Campaign documentation in Excel and Power Point (D)OOH master data entry
Area control based on site plans consumer market car park
Control and update POIN lists of various customers
Qualifications
2 to 5 years’ experience in media with at least 2+ years of experience in DOOH/OOH
Experience in Managing Customers in areas of digital advertising, media planning, audience building/targeting solutions, campaign implementation and optimization of display, video & custom ads across social, search, programmatic.
German Language expertise, should be able communicate in German effective.
Good understanding in Analyzing DOOH media status and trend and devise optimal media budget and media plan
Ability Liaise with clients to identify specific business problems and develop ideas
Excellent skills on MS Power Point, Excel is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
