Interior Design Project Manager

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior design projects.
Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards.
Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials for project completion.
Resolve vendor-related issues and ensure quality control.
Supervise on-site execution of projects, ensuring compliance with design plans and safety regulations.
Serve as the point of contact between clients, the design team, and contractors.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones.
Conduct final inspections to ensure project completion aligns with design specifications.
Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects without compromising quality.
Document project progress, changes, and final outcomes for reporting purposes.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
~3 to 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on interior design or construction projects.
Strong project management skills.
Proficiency in design software and project management tools.
