Job Title: US Payroll SpecialistLocation: Chennai, SholinganallurShift Timing: UK/GeneralJob Description:- Candidate must have atleast 3 to 5 years of experience handling US payroll. Added advantage if having knowledge of India or APAC or EMEA payrolls.- Knowledge of Payroll processing to calculate and process employee pay checks including regular hours, overtime and other compensation. Handled end to end payroll processing for both US and India.- Managing deductions like 401K benefits, taxes, insurance premium, garnishments, etc.- Involved in hiring, termination of employees- Maintain accurate payroll records, transactions, employee data, etc.- Knowledge of payroll compliance including the local laws- Handled payroll queries over both phone and emails- Liaise with local authorities like state agencies, PF offices, etc.- Good in report generation and ability to send required reports in a presentable manner.- Good communication skills- Knowledge of payroll products like ADP and such tools.
