The responsibilities include providing technical support and troubleshooting for VoIP and IP telephony systems, assisting customers with system-related queries, analyzing and resolving technical issues efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves ensuring smooth operations of communication systems and supporting clients in maintaining system performance.Qualifications- Proficient in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, with expertise in IP telephony and VOIP systems- Strong Customer Support and Service skills to effectively assist clients and resolve their concerns- Min 3-4 years hands on experience in IP Telephony/ Call center Dialer.- Analytical Skills to analyze system issues, identify solutions, and implement resolutions- Ability to work on-site in Noida and efficiently collaborate with teams and clients- Familiarity with VoIP hardware and software is a plus- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.- Candidate with relevant field will only be considered.
