Key Responsibility Areas:
- You will work closely with leaders across the organization to identify, source and hire top talent across the region
- You will be advising managers and executives on building an efficient pipeline and proper workforce planning to reach hiring targets
- our primary focus will be to recruit for our assigned functions of organization, depending on business needs
- Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full life cycle responsibilities
- Partner closely with Human Resources, Hiring Managers, Business Operations teams and all levels of leadership to present hiring recommendations and close candidates
- Effectively collaborate with our highly effective team of HR Operations and HR Coordinators
- Ensure Weekly Hiring Updates and keep each Stakeholder updated with Dashboards
- Manage Vendors and their performance to ensure hiring within timelines alongside quality of Hire
- Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other People systems
- Executing the Employer Branding Initiatives for Listenlights
Must Have Requirements:
- Masters in Human Resource Management is preferred
- Experience : 3 yrs to 5 yrs
- The ideal candidate should have proven experience on closing roles like : Engineering Projects, Project Controls, BIM Modelling & Design, Corporate Functions and Quality Control roles
- Should have very strong spoken and written communication. At a senior TA role, we need to head-hunt top talent and explain very clearly why Listenlights is the right opportunity for them
- Must have proven experience including Internal and External Stakeholders
- Must have extensive exposure in managing source mix – both Internal & External : like Naukri, LinkedIn, iimjobs, updazz, and other job boards. The ideal candidate should be an expert at using job portal. Should be able to train teams, understand complex searches and best practices in using these platforms.
- Strong headhunting skills with ability to conduct to market research and hence map target passive candidates through Company Mapping
- Must possess Negotiation Skills and understanding for CTC Calculation
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage as you support one of the fastest growing departments in the company
- High energy, passion, and drive, with a strong positive outlook
- For roles the candidate has worked on, they should have database of top candidates : The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate that they have a strong database of top talent across relevant industry roles
- Application Tracking System - FreshTeams / Workday / BrassRing / CornerStone / TurboHire / Darwinbox
- Must be fit as per Listenlights SOCH Principles
- Preferable to have analytical abilities and past experience to preparing Weekly Dashboard on Hiring standpoint
