As a QA/QC Engineer you'll be responsible for ensuring the consistent quality of all Fitout projects, adhering to production standards, and implementing QA/QC processes. This is your chance to make a significant impact on the quality of our products and help maintain our industry-leading standards.
You will report to the QA/QC Manager and collaborate with the production, design, and procurement teams to ensure seamless quality control across all stages of the Fitout production process. Your work will involve regular inspections, troubleshoot quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
As a QA/QC Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Implementing and maintaining QA/QC systems in line with industry standards and project requirements
Conducting inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished Fitout products
Reviewing and implementing quality control plans and inspection test plans (ITPs)
Preparing and maintaining QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and test records
Liaising with clients and consultants regarding quality matters
Promoting a quality-first culture across all production activities
Experience:
5+ years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in a Fitout
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management standards (desirable)
