This individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across all departments.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across various channelsScreen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens to identify qualified candidatesSchedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone, video, and in-person interviewsExtend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation and benefits packagesCoordinate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hiresBuild and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talentAnalyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes
