Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive (IQAC)
IIHMR University seeks a motivated individual for Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager (IQAC) position who will be responsible for managing the accreditation and quality assurance processes at IIHMR University. This position plays a key role in ensuring academic and institutional quality standards are met and maintained according to national and international guidelines.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Management, etc.).
Experience in accreditation or quality assurance processes within higher education.
Experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a university or academic setting.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and academic management systems.
Required Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Coordinate the functions of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), ensuring adherence to quality standards in academic and administrative processes.
Prepare comprehensive reports on academic quality, accreditation processes, and institutional performance metrics.
Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (faculty, staff, and administration) and external accreditation bodies, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and regulatory requirements.
Implement quality assurance measures, track academic and administrative performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and training related to quality assurance and accreditation processes.
