We are seeking an experienced and driven Tech Lead with 5 years of full-stack development experience (MERN + Python) and a proven ability to lead small, agile teams. You’ll take end-to-end ownership of product development — from architecture and design to delivery and deployment — while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence. Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in design, architecture, and coding standards. ● Oversee full lifecycle of product development — architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. ● Contribute directly to the codebase using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and Python (Flask or FastAPI). ● Design and optimize system architecture for high performance, scalability, and reliability. ● Process & Quality Management: Innovation & Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously identify opportunities for process or tech stack enhancement. 5 years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead or managerial role. ● Strong expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and Python (Flask or FastAPI preferred) . ● Experience designing scalable microservices and RESTful APIs. ● Solid understanding of databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). ● Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines. ● Proven ability to lead teams, manage project timelines, and deliver quality software in startup environments . ● A fast-paced, learning-first environment with full ownership and autonomy. ● Competitive compensation and long-term growth potential. ● A collaborative, innovation-driven culture — zero bureaucracy, high impact.
