Develop and deliver high-quality written content such as creative emailers and other communication assets tailored for diverse internal audiences.
Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Corporate Units, and Brand to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with organisational objectives.
Steer interactions with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support and execute communication initiatives effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in internal communications to bring fresh, innovative approaches that enhance employee engagement.
Demonstrated expertise in crafting high-quality written content for diverse audiences.
Project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Quality of content
Experience
1-3 years of experience in internal communications/ journalism, preferably within the services industry.
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
