Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced product designer to spearhead the design of our next-generation business planning platform. As a design-led tool, Oculon AI is centered around delivering an exceptional user experience through intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces. This role is perfect for a design leader who is passionate about product design, has a strong background in Saa S, and excels in translating complex requirements into seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Product Design: Take ownership of the product design process, including user workflows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to create seamless user experiences. Design Systems: Develop and maintain scalable design systems, including reusable UI components, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency across the platform. Saa S Platform UI/UX: Design intuitive interfaces tailored for a complex Saa S platform, optimizing user workflows and usability. Figma Expertise: Leverage Figma to create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes, ensuring assets are well-organized for seamless handoffs to developers. User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management and engineering teams to align design decisions with technical capabilities and product goals. Brand Identity: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across the platform, aligning with Oculon AI’s branding strategy. Design Handoff: Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately translated into code, bridging the gap between design and development. Requirements: 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on Saa S products.
