The Project Manager should have a postgraduate degree or MBA (preferred) and 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, or Project Management, ideally within the US healthcare sector. This role involves driving business metrics, translating data insights into actionable strategies, and developing digital solutions for operational challenges, all while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and collaborating across diverse teams.
Role 2 -
The Product Manager will focus on program management with virtual teams, overseeing technology initiatives and ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements. Candidates should have a solid understanding of business optimization frameworks and be proficient in tools like Microsoft Office and project management software. Responsibilities include maintaining KPIs, conducting data analysis, and mentoring junior team members.

Minimum Qualifications: -
Postgraduate or MBA (preferred) OR Graduates in Engineering.
Candidates need to have experience in one of the areas - Business Analysis, Consulting & Program/project Management.
Need to have 10+ years of overall experience. - Candidates working in the domain of US healthcare are preferred.
Should be a problem solver who can work on diverse problem statements.
Need to have solid stakeholder management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities: - Drives business metrics that add to the top-line and / or profitability for EXL Healthcare Payments business. - Should be data driven and translate insights into action items and track it to the closure with relevant stakeholders. - Should be able to come up with digital solutions to business pain points. - Flexible to work in different time-zones, groups, and business environment. - Should be versatile, ready to learn and adapt to diverse challenges. - Self-motivated and takes ownership. - Ability to break down a vague business problem into action items. - Ability to work with incomplete information and take judgment-driven decisions based on experience. - Should have good organizational and people skills. - Should have good communication skills and effectively able to collaborate with onshore stakeholders. - Good team player & collaborative in approach
Role 2 Product Management
Program Management with virtual teams (40%) -
Overall supervision of various technology/business initiatives and deliverables tracking with particular emphasis on
Discussions with key stakeholders and product owners to understand requirements and ensure everyone is fully briefed on key deliverables and a win plan for each opportunity
Assembling a core team to translate business requirements into solutions using technology, data, and infrastructure
Review of technology roadmap with team members, stakeholders, and collaborators to resolve open items within agreed timelines
Monitoring and publication of critical insights, milestones, unique and compelling enhancement value propositions, and next steps to stakeholders and product owners
Facilitate discussions proactively and build senior and strategic relationships through delivery excellence
Hold master drafts of artifacts, proposals, and presentations after performing final reviews to ensure accurate capture of information
Assist with the development of templates related to best practices, improved systems, and processes for measuring successes
Close cooperation with the global teams regarding knowledge-sharing, technology, and business metrics
Work independently through prior subject matter expertise in techno-functional consulting and program management
Understand the high-level architecture of the projects and be creative at bringing a plan to integrate platforms/outcomes
Process Digitization (30%) -
Responsible for extracting, building and maintaining valuable KPIs and benchmarks related to technology enhancement while working with finance, MIS, technology reporting teams, and internal platforms and databases
Perform quantitative and qualitative business and data analysis
Use digital tools (data, technology, cloud, NLP, etc.) to bring out enhancement continuously
Team Management (30%) Train & mentor juniors
Skills
Written and verbal communication in English

Experienced team manager
Strong understanding of business optimization framework and techniques
Demonstrated experience in handling technology ROI framework
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Knowledge of AWS/Azure, SaaS, product (functional and technical) design, digital frameworks, HL7, FHIR, EMR and EHR and new gen industry trends like Gen AI
