Type: Full-time We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who is obsessed with visual storytelling, understands modern design languages, and can turn creative direction into polished, high-performing visual outputs. This role is perfect for someone in the early stage of their design career who wants to work across a variety of digital projects—marketing campaigns, social media creatives, landing pages, brand assets, and performance-driven visuals. Create visually compelling designs for digital campaigns, paid ads, landing pages, emailers, and social media content. Translate abstract ideas, briefs, and marketing requirements into high-quality creativity that stands out. Work closely with content, product, and marketing teams to understand objectives and shape the creative direction. Own end-to-end production of assets: concepts, layout, typography, colour systems, imagery, and final exports. Adapt and optimize creatives for multiple formats and platforms—web, social, mobile. Contribute to visual guidelines, creative consistency, and brand hygiene across all design touchpoints. Collaborate in brainstorming sessions, trend scouting, and developing fresh creative ideas. 3–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital-first environments (agencies, startups, D2C brands, performance marketing teams). ~ Proficiency in Figma + Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects is a plus). ~ Ability to deliver fast without compromising quality—especially for high-volume assets like paid ads or social content. ~ Strong understanding of what works visually on platforms like Instagram, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn. ~ Ability to follow brand guidelines but also contribute fresh ideas and new creative directions. ~ Bonus: Motion graphics, simple animations, or familiarity with AI creative tools.
