Outbound/Inbound Calls:

* Make and manage a high volume of outbound/inbound calls daily.

* Engage potential clients and provide information about products, services, or offers.

Lead Generation and Conversion:


* Identify potential customers and explain the benefits of our offerings.

* Convert cold calls into sales opportunities or appointments.


Follow -up :

* Maintain a follow-up schedule to engage leads and drive conversions.

* Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.


Customer Relationship Management (CRM):


* Accurately document interactions, updates, and outcomes in the CRM system.

* Maintain updated records of customer information.


Achieve Targets:


* Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead, and sales targets.


Feedback:


* Collect feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and enhance services.


Qualifications and Skills:


 * Education: Minimum Degree

 * Experience: Prior 2 yrs experience in Real estate telecalling is preferred.



Communication Skills:

* Excellent verbal communication skills in English,Hindi,Telugu

* Ability to clearly convey information and persuade clients.

* Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude, patience, and active listening.


Technical Skills:

* Basic computer knowledge. Especially MS Office Compulsary..

* Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

* Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions.
